ReplyDeleteYou have come up with some extremely awesome and caring ways to help the people affected by the fires in Australia.
Sending over food packages to both the emergency service workers and those affected by the fires is a great way to help, and I think that all of our friends in Australia would be very grateful for anything that was sent their way.
In situations like these everything helps, even if it is just a tin of beans or a can of fruit!
Have you ever donated anything before? If so, when?
I always donate any clothes that don’t fit me to my local op-shop. I also try to buy the majority of my clothes from these kinds of stores as well so I am contributing to the charities as well as helping reduce the amount of waste I am creating.
Sending medical supplies over to Australia to help with the animals is another great idea, and it was exceedingly clever of you to think of this. There are so many animals who have been injured as a result of these fires, and it would be great to see them all get the help they need when required!
It would be amazing to donate money so we could help those who have lost their homes, however we would need to think of a great way to raise the money first. What suggestions do you have for ways we could help raise money?
Australia is such a beautiful country, and it is extremely sad to see how the fires have spread and are destroying nearly everything in their path.
Hopefully the firefighters can get some control over them soon so that the people in Australia can relax again!
