ReplyDeleteThank you for participating in the Summer Learning Journey and sharing with us the five things you do to stay healthy!
Eating fruits and vegetables, exercising, riding you bike, and playing sports are all excellent examples of ways you can stay healthy.
Exercise is definitely a prime example of something you can do to stay healthy, and it is great to see multiple different forms of exercise on your list.
How often do you exercise a week?
When you say you play sports, what sports do you play?
I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables each day, and I try to incorporate them into every meal. Some of my favourite ways to eat these are veggie sticks and hummus, fruit and nut butter, banana on toast, and stir fry’s! What are some of the ways you include fruits and vegetables into your diet?
It would be great if you could reply to this comment and let me know!
Are there any other things you can think of to stay healthy?
