ReplyDeleteWell done on creating this poem about being Neil Armstrong on the moon! You really envisioned yourself as an astronaut and this has resulted in a great poem!
In the first line of your poem you have the line ‘I put one foot on the moon and I leaped over him’. Who are you referring to when you mention leaping over someone?
Have you ever wanted to become an astronaut? Why/why not?
I think being an astronaut would be a fantastic job. I have always wanted to travel into space, and think that walking on the moon would be a crazy experience!
Have you ever imagined what it would be like to walk on the moon with no gravity?
I imagine that it would be the same feeling you get when you walk through water. It would feel light, yet heavy at the same time, and it would seem as though you could just float away, yet you would still be weighed down.
What are your thoughts?
