ReplyDeleteWell done for participating in the Summer Learning Journey and creating this blog post about Twenty-Seven Names.
I really like how you have explained your reasoning for liking the name Twenty-Seven Names. It is a very unique name, just like their clothes, and it is such a cool backstory as to how they got their new name. Imagine if you were one of the twenty-seven people who supported the company. How would you feel knowing that you helped name the label?
It is a shame they had to change their name from Love Lies Bleeding to Twenty-Seven Names because of copyright reasons. The company must have liked the original name as they chose it themselves, and I can only imagine the hassle it would have been to change an entire brands name.
Had the company already started producing clothes before they changed their name, or did they start production after they were re-branded to Twenty-Seven Names?
Personally, I prefer the name Twenty-Seven Names to Love Lies Bleeding. I feel like it is a bit catchier, and suits the clothing brand more.
