  1. Kia ora Jacob, this is Kieryn from the Summer Learning Journey.
Thank you for participating in the Summer Learning Journey and sharing with us the three things that are most important to you.
Family and friends are definitely the two things which I treasure the most in my life as well. I could live in a big fancy house and have anything I could ever want, but if I didn’t have my family or friends I know that I could never be truly happy.
I thoroughly enjoy spending time with my family and friends, and find that the best days I have are often spent surrounded by all of the people who care about me.
What are your favourite things to do with your friends and family?
Food is another great thing to have on this list, and it would be awesome if you could add some more detail to this post and tell us why food is important to you.
Food is important to me because I love to bake! I work part-time at a bakery, so I am lucky enough to thoroughly enjoy my job. Because bread takes such a long time to make (making the dough, proving the dough, shaping the dough, baking the loaf), I have to get up extremely early to start my shift so that all of our customers can have fresh bread for the day!
Have you ever made bread before? If so, what kind?
What is your favourite thing to bake?
Apart from bread, my favourite thing to bake is chocolate chip cookies! Not only do they taste delicious, but they are super easy to make and I can share them with all of my friends and family!
Perhaps you could draw an image of all of the things which are important to you and include it in this blog post. It would add a nice pop of colour to your post, and reiterate to you viewers what the post is about.
    Nga mihi
