I'm Jacob and today I will tell you how to use Place value and tidy numbers to solve addition problems. I demonstrated this in a google drawing. I found it easy and I prefer tidy numbers because it seems easier to me.
This is my Poster that I completed.
My Goal: Adding in parts/Tidy Numbers - 1097 + 145 = 1100 + 142
One of my Questions was super hard 4556 + 6775
It equaled 11,331
